Trip Reservations
Online booking
We are setting up an online system to accept and confirm bookings. This is for individual, open to the public, regular trips. To book full boat charters you need to contact us by email, phone or fax.
Payment
We require a credit card or payment in full to confirm any reservation. Payment in full is required before departure. We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express, checks, money orders, and cash.
Cancellations (for individual trips)
- Within 48 hours of departure, no refund.
- Within 14 days of departure and reservation made more than 3 days ago, 50% refund of total trip cost.
- Before 14 days of departure and reservation made more than 3 days ago, $15.00 administrative cancellation fee.
You may transfer your reservation to another person at time of departure.
Exceptions
- If the Captain cancels the trip due to safety reasons a full refund is given.
- If you can show proof of reason outside your control we may waive any cancellation fee. (Basically we are taking about a written statement from a doctor that you can not do the dive.)
